VIRTUAL CLINICS REFUND POLICY
Your one-time website design fee will be charged to your credit card in monthly installments. Website Design Fee is non-refundable. Your Web Hosting fee is charged monthly for the life of your website. We require 30-days notice to cancel web hosting services.

$300 for 24 months (interest free) for PREMIUM Medical Website

$275 for 18 months (interest free) for STANDARD Standard Medical Website

$125 for 12 months (interest free) for BUDGET Medical Website
We will do our best to register your First Choice for your Domain Name, however, if your first choice has already been taken, we will attempt your alternative choices. A Domain Name registration fee of $32 will be charged to your website setup fee. Your Domain Name will be registered for 2 years. We will notify you and renew your Domain Name for you before it expires.

Your monthly hosting fee will be deducted from your credit card each month. If you select additional monthly services such as the Interactive Appointment Book an additional charge of $49.95 will be added to your monthly Web Hosting Fee. You may terminate your website hosting at any time without penalties by giving Virtual Clinics 30-days notice prior to termination, however, your Website Design Fee is non-refundable. Virtual Clinics reserves the right to demand payment in full for the balance of your website design fee at its discretion.
