Anna Morneau,

Hospital Manager

Anna has worked for Turner Veterinary Service since 1996.  She is responsible for keeping the practice on track and anything else that may come her way.  Anna grew up on a dairy farm in Turner and has always had a passion for cows, especially Jerseys.  She lives in Buckfield with her husband, Mark and their two German Shorthaired Pointers ‘Emmitt’ & ‘Oakley’.  When she is not at the clinic, you can find her spending time with family, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, riding motorcycles, adding to her cow collection, listening to music and dancing.

Rhonda Baillargeon,

Licensed Veterinary Technician

Rhonda holds an Associate Degree in Animal Medical Technology.  She handles all aspects of animal care, including laboratory analysis, radiology, surgical assisting, inventory control, client education and equipment maintenance. 

She also helps mentor new technicians coming to the practice.  She enjoys spending time with her husband and their pug “Demi” at their camp where they hunt, fish and go 4-wheeling.  She also enjoys cooking, gardening, chicken farming, sewing and knitting.

Shelley Green,

Client Service Representative

Shelley is responsible for scheduling your appointment, greeting and checking you in and out and making sure the schedule runs smoothly. 

When Shelley is not at work she enjoys camping, ice fishing, going to the ocean, spending time with her family, sporting events and coaching her daughter’s competition cheering team.  Shelley has 4 children, Tyler, Jordan, Madison and Keegan.

Sarah Leblanc, Veterinary Technician

Sarah comes to TVS with 9 years of emergency care experience.  She assists the doctors in x-rays, lab work, blood draws, placing IV catheters, dental cleanings, client education and assisting in appointments.  Her life is her 2 Great Danes, Ava & Riddick.  She also shares her house with 5 cats.  Sarah enjoys camping, the ocean, reading, photography, gardening, being organized and always trying to find ways to improve her life and others around her.  Sarah also likes to dabble in real estate.

Kacie Butcher,

Client Service Representative

You will find Kacie at the front desk answering your phone calls, making your appointments and seeing that your pet feels welcome.  Kacie enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Brock & Blake and her cat Blitz.  Kacie lives in Turner with her boyfriend Matt and they both enjoy the outside whether they are 4-wheeling or working on their diesel trucks.

Mackenzie Stevenson,

Veterinary Technician

Mackenzie (Mack) has 10 years of on-the-job training, 4 of which were in Emergency Medicine.  She assists the doctors in x-ray, surgery, dental cleaning, lab work and client education. 

Mackenzie has a great husband, Tyler, and two wild boys, Wyatt, 4 ½ years, and Isaac, 2 years old.  When she is not spending time with them, she likes to bike or run.  Mackenzie has a B.A. in Fine Arts and specializes in watercolor portraits, but her love for animals has kept her going strong as a veterinary technician.

Stephanie Twitchell,

Veterinary Assistant

Stephanie came to Turner Vet from New Hampshire where she worked in emergency medicine.  She moved to Maine in 2010 and has settled in here very well.  Stephanie can be found doing many tasks as a veterinary assistant, from assisting in surgery, to taking history from patients in appointments.  She also is a great asset to our reception area.  She enjoys horseback riding, snowmobiling, diesel trucks, 4-wheeling, and spending time with her family, 4-legged and 2-legged.

Ashley Naylor, Veterinary Assistant

Ashley graduated in May 2011, from the University of Maine at Orono with a Bachelor’s degree in Animal and Veterinary Sciences.  She has decided to take a year or so off to decide if she will apply to veterinary school.  In the meantime, she is assisting our doctors and technicians in the clinic with appointments, lab work and surgeries.  She enjoys spending her free time outdoors either horseback riding, hunting, fishing or relaxing at Bear Pond.  She has two dogs, Tyson and Maya, two cats and a horse.  She is currently clearing land with her fiancé to begin building a house in the spring.

Wendy Briggs,

Veterinary Technician

Wendy is one of our technicians.  She received her Associates Degree in Veterinary Technology from the University College of Banger and passed her licensing exam shortly thereafter.  Wendy assists the doctors and other staff during appointments and surgery.  She shares her life with her boyfriend and her Rottweiler, Halle Bear.  She enjoys taking dance classes, hunting, fishing and camping.
